氢燃料电池用双极板氦质谱检漏系统,是由乙方为甲方定制开发的双极板测漏专用设备,用于双极板粘接后的测漏检验。该系统嵌入双极板自动化生产线中,可完成双极板读码、自动存储读码数据、双极板自动入真空检测箱、自动抽真空、自动检漏、半自动下料等工作。
System the leak detection system of bipolar plate helium mass spectrometry for hydrogen fuel cell is a special equipment for leak detection of bipolar plate developed by Party B for Party A, which is used for leak detection after bonding of bipolar plate. The system is embedded in the automatic production line of bipolar plate. It can read the code of bipolar plate automatically, store the data of reading code automatically, automatically enter the vacuum detecting box of bipolar plate, draw vacuum automatically, detect leakage automatically, cut the material semi-automatically, and so on.

真空舱舱体采用不锈钢整体加工,真空舱的密封性能可以得到保证;同时也可保证真空舱的结构强度,在密封性能保证的条件下,使用寿命得到保障。

真空舱结构:模拟双极板在电堆装配中的实际工况,分为上下两个舱体,形成不同的测漏真空区域。
