1、现场勘验

禹水沣派技术人员前往水厂客户现场查看施工现场，对斜管填料施工难度，施工周期进行预估。

1. On-site inspection
Yu Shuifeng sent technicians to the customer site of the water plant to check the construction site and estimate the difficulty of the inclined pipe filler construction and the construction period.

2、散片运输

将制作完成的禹水沣斜管填料以散片捆扎的方式运输至水厂斜管池子施工现场。

2. Bulk piece transportation
The finished Yushuifeng inclined pipe filler is transported to the construction site of the inclined pipe pond of the water plant in the form of scattered pieces.

3、施工准备

斜管施工之前，先检查斜管池内填料支架是否安装到位，所有焊点是否牢靠以及支架强度；

Before the construction of the inclined pipe, first check whether the filler bracket in the inclined pipe pool is installed in place, whether all solder joints are firm and the strength of the bracket;

4、散片焊接

工人在现场将禹水沣斜管填料散片焊接成1m2每组的成型单元，然后整齐堆放；

4. Loose piece welding
Workers welded the scattered pieces of Yushuifeng inclined pipe filler into 1m2 forming units on site, and then stacked them neatly;

5、现场组装

将焊接成型的斜管填料按图纸要求在支架上部进行整体组装。安装角度保持60°不变，每一单元顺序组装时要适当压紧，组装到边缘部分若尺寸不是正合适，需要根据尺寸用散片斜管填料烫接后进行组装直至全部到位。

5. On-site assembly
The welded oblique pipe filler is assembled on the upper part of the bracket as required by the drawing. The installation angle remains unchanged at 60°, and each unit should be properly compressed when assembled in sequence. If the size of the assembled edge part is not the right size, it needs to be assembled with scattered piece inclined pipe filler according to the size and then assembled until it is all in place.

6、斜管加固

由于斜管填料比重为略小于水，斜管填料在池内进行组装的同时，需要用耐浸泡的尼龙绳将每一组斜管填料自上而下固定在填料支架上，这样能够防止斜管填料在初期使用时可能发生的松动上浮现象。

6. Inclined pipe reinforcement
Since the specific gravity of the inclined tube packing is slightly less than that of water, while the inclined tube packing is assembled in the pool, each group of inclined tube packing needs to be fixed on the packing bracket from top to bottom with a soak-resistant nylon rope, which can prevent the inclined tube The packing may loose and float during the initial use.

7、运行调试

检查进水是否均匀，不得对沉淀池造成冲击，影响沉淀效果；调整出水堰槽高低及水平度至合适，保持出水均匀；

7. Operation and debugging
Check whether the water inflow is uniform, and shall not cause impact on the sedimentation tank and affect the sedimentation effect; adjust the height and level of the outlet weir to the appropriate level to maintain uniform water outlet;

8、后期维护

水厂斜管投入使用后需要根据进水中悬浮物浓度情况确定排泥周期，只有及时排泥，才能让斜管沉淀池保持良好的运行状态及合格的出水水质。

8. Post-maintenance
After the inclined pipe of the water plant is put into use, the sludge discharge cycle needs to be determined according to the concentration of suspended solids in the inlet water. Only by timely discharge of sludge can the inclined pipe sedimentation tank maintain good operating conditions and qualified effluent water quality.
