本设备的主要作用是客车、公共汽车、灯具、摩托车等车辆以及其零部件，在高压/蒸汽喷射清洗的清洗工艺条件下，对设备的物理以及其它相关性能进行测试。测试后，通过检定来判断设备的性能是否达到要求，以便于设备的设计、改进、检定及出厂检验使用。

    符合IEC60529、GB4208，DIN40050-9，ISO20653等标准，试验功能(IPX9K)用于外壳防护等IEC(IP补充码 加强型试验)之电设备检验，依DIN40050之标准中相关的规格承制。要为提供汽机车零配件，电机电子产业，仿真自然环境或人为因素所设计之防水测试试验机。

五、测试方式

试验设备：喷嘴的喷水口内径为12.5mm；

试验条件：喷水角度：0°,30°,60°,90°(4个位置)；喷水孔数：4个；

样品台转速：5±1rpm;距离为100～150mm，每个位置30；流量为14～16L/min，喷水压为8000～10000kPa，水温要求80±5℃。

试验时间：每个位置30×4 共120。

六、结构与特点

本淋雨试验箱选用优质材料，使用国内目的加工设备加工成型，外壳表面进行喷塑处理，美观，平整。颜色搭配协调，圆弧型设计，线条流畅自然。内胆选用进口优质不锈钢板制作。室内的样品架及其它附件配件均为不锈钢或铜质材料制作，设计合理，经久耐用。设备在符合国家标准的提下，各方面性能都稳定的基础上更具备实用性和便于控制。

本防水试验设备整个箱体采用整体结构，分为上、下、右三部分，上部为工作室，下部为机械室，右侧是电器控制柜。选用优质材料，使用工艺加工成型，内壳体选用优质SUS304不锈钢板制作。室内的样品架及其它附件配件均为不锈钢材料制作，设计合理，经久耐用。高压喷水组件/工作旋转台/电气控制器部分组成
