一、设备用途：

本设备适用于考核电工设备，外壳和密封在淋雨环境下能否保证设备和元件良好性能的试验。本设备采用科学设计，使得该设备能够逼真的模拟淋水，溅水等各种环境。走进全面的控制系统以及变频技术的采用，使得降雨量试品架的回转角度，喷水摆杆的摆动角度以及喷水量摆动频率都可自动的调节。

三、IP34相关参数及其规格；

1、占地参考尺寸（mm）：宽3200×高3000×长4000（理想的方法是用玻璃隔一个小房间）；

2、试验台：直径Φ1200mm，转速约1 rpm，高须可调；

3、喷水环半径（m）：0.4m，可拆换(做三防水、四防水中的a试验方法)；

4、喷水管摇摆角度范围：与垂直方向可±60°或±160°范围摆动（可设置）；

5、喷水孔直径（mm）：φ0.4；

6、摆管：本设备配R1000mm摆管1支，喷咀为Φ0.4mm孔，喷咀数量按标准为62个。7、每个喷水孔的流量：0.07L/M(可调)，流量表显示直读；

8、喷水压力（Kpa）：80-150，有压力表直读；

9、摆管时间：每次摆动（2×120°）约4S，或每次摆动（2×320°）约12S；

11、试验时间：1-999,999min（可设定）；

12、淋雨水压：80~150Kpa（可调）；

13、材质：不锈钢或喷粉(接触到水的部件均用不锈钢)，

14、控制系统： PLC+步进电机+触摸屏；

15、安全保护装置：电源超载、短路保护、接地保护、缺水保护、报警讯响提示；

16、电源：1∮、220V 、50Hz。

17、本机采用PLC+步进电机+触摸屏控制系统：摆管角度、摆动速度、测试时间均可直接在触摸屏上设定

六、结构与特点

本淋雨试验设备选用优质材料，使用国内目的加工设备加工成型，选用进口优质不锈钢板制作。室内的样品架及其它附件配件均为不锈钢或铜质材料制作，设计合理，经久耐用。设备在符合国家标准的提下，各方面性能都稳定的基础上更具备实用性和便于控制。

本防水试验设备水箱体采用分体式结构，分为摆管装置、控制柜、水箱三部分，摆管装置为工作测试区域，控制柜为参数设置系统，水箱是水源供给装置。选用优质材料，使用工艺加工成型，壳体都选用优质SUS304不锈钢板制作。室样品架及其它附件配件均为不锈钢材料制作，设计合理，经久耐用。高压喷水组件/工作旋转台/电气控制器部分组成
