本材料试验机（玻璃弯曲强度试验机）适用于手机玻璃、平板电脑玻璃、液晶玻璃、触控玻璃、钢化玻璃等材料进行三点弯曲、四点弯曲和压缩和拉伸试验等静态物理力学性能测试分析研究。采用计算机控制windows操作系统使试验数据曲线动态显示, 玻璃弯曲强度试验机能自动求取力值、变形、弯曲应力、弯曲强度、弯曲模量、压缩强度、压缩力等参数。

1．主机：该机采用台式双空间结构，上拉下压，横梁升降可以无调速，更换立柱、丝杠、外罩后可改变试验空间。传动系统由伺服控制减速机、圆弧同步齿型带、滚珠丝杠副组成，运行平稳，效率高、噪音低。无污染。

2．附具：

标准配置：玻璃用三点、四点弯曲附具各一套、镜片压缩附具。附具采用手动方式、夹持方便、可靠、不滑移、测试过程中位置不动，夹具体上下移动，保证了试验结果的准确性。
