本线由Y-GP供瓶机、Y-GX滚筒超声波洗瓶机、Y-GS液体灌装加塞机及Y-GZ轧盖机组成，能自动完成理瓶、输瓶、洗瓶、灌装上塞、理盖、上盖、轧盖封口等工序，*符合GMP要求。组成联动线的设备亦可单独使用。

糖浆灌装机主要性能特点

• 星型转盘更换快捷，操作简单；star-wheel can be changed easily, simple operation
• 封盖头（旋盖头或轧盖头）可任意更换，以适应不同瓶盖（塑料盖或铝盖）；capping head can be changed to fit plastic or aluminum, or other different type of cap
• 封盖头高度可调，以适应不同高度瓶子；capping head’s height can be adjusted to treat different bottle from short to long
• 所有与瓶子及药液接触部分均采用高品质AISI304或AISI316不锈钢及其他FDA许可的材料制造，符合GMP要求。All the part contact with bottle or medicine liquid is made of SS AISI304 or SS AISI316, or the material comply with FDA, and GMP.
