YZF-2A cement autoclave
1、 Overview of cement autoclave:
Cement stability autoclave is a product developed according to the requirements of the national standard GB / t750-1992 "test method for cement autoclave stability" for test equipment. The cement soundness autoclave is suitable for measuring the uneven change of cement volume caused by the hydration of periclase, such as Portland cement, ordinary portland cement, slag Portland cement, pozzolanic Portland cement and fly ash Portland cement. It is also suitable for other cement products specified to adopt this standard. Cement stability autoclave is a special instrument used by cement production units, building materials research institutes, colleges and universities and construction engineering quality inspection departments to determine the adverse effect of MgO (magnesium oxide) in cement on cement stability.
2、 Structure and principle of cement autoclave:
The main parts of cement stability autoclave are mostly made of high-quality stainless steel, which can withstand high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam. A pressure indicator made of stainless steel, a safety valve and two vent valves are installed on the kettle cover. The kettle body is installed in the barrel shell, and two heating resistors are installed at the lower part of the outer side to heat the kettle body and produce water vapor; The bottom pipe is connected with the electric contact pressure gauge, which is matched with the electrical control system to control the pressure in the kettle within the set range. The upper part of the barrel shell is provided with a ventilation ring, the lower part is provided with a ventilation disc to block or open the air around the kettle body, and the lower part is equipped with an exhaust fan to cool the exhaust air after the test. The panel of the control box is equipped with a main power switch, three keys of start, stop and fan, four indicator lights of operation, heating, fan and stop, and a digital display time relay for timing.

3. Maximum working pressure: no more than 2.5MPa
4. Standard pressure rise time: 60-120 minutes, the pressure in the pot rises to 2.0MPa (equivalent to the temperature in the kettle is 216 ℃)
5. The opening pressure of the safety valve is 2.0-2.3mpa, which can be adjusted within the range
6. Fluctuation range of automatic pressure control: no more than ± 0.05Mpa

一、水泥压蒸釜概述:
水泥安定性压蒸釜是依据国家标准 GB/T750-1992《水泥压蒸安定性试验方法》对 试验设备的要求而研制的产品。该水泥安定性压蒸釜适用于测定硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥、矿 渣硅酸盐水泥、火山灰质硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥等主要因方镁石水化可能造成 的水泥体积不均匀变化,也适用于其他采用本标准的水泥产品。水泥安定性压蒸釜是水泥生产单位、 建材科研院所、大专院校和建工质检部门用于测定水泥中 MgO(氧化镁)对水泥安定性产生不良影响的专用仪器。
二、水泥压蒸釜结构与原理:
水泥安定性压蒸釜主要零部件多采用优质不锈钢材料制造,能耐高温、高压饱和水蒸气。釜盖上 装有一个由不锈钢制成的压力指示表、一个安全阀、二个放气阀。釜体安装在筒壳内, 其外侧下部装有两个加热电阻,用于向釜体加热,制造水蒸气;底部道管与电接点压力 表相连,电接点压力表与电器控制系统配合,用于将釜内压力控制在设定范围。筒壳的 上部设有通风环,下部设有通风盘,用于阻断或开通釜体周围的空气,在下部安装有排 风扇,用于结束试验后的排风降温。 控制箱面板设有电源总开关,启动、停止、风机三个键和运行、加热、风机、停止 四个指示信号灯,以及用于计时的数显时间继电器。
三、水泥压蒸釜技术参数:
