The concrete drilling and coring machine is mainly used for drilling and coring hardened concrete such as buildings, highways, airports, wharfs and dams. It has the characteristics of simple operation, convenient relocation and accurate drilling and coring. The surface of the core sample is smooth, and there is no accidental damage to the core sample. It is an indispensable equipment for highway transportation departments, construction departments and relevant colleges and universities. The machine meets the standard of gb11818-89 technical requirements for concrete drilling and coring machine.
In addition, the drilling rig can also drill and core other non-metallic brittle and hard materials, such as refractory, ceramics, glass and rock.

Application method of hz-15 concrete drilling and coring machine:
1. Move the machine to the place where drilling and coring are required, screw four adjusting screws (5) on the base, adjust the machine level, and embed M16 iron expansion bolts on the ground to fix the machine.
2. Install the drill bit according to the size requirements of the drilling hole.
3. Connect the water source and check whether there is water leakage in the drill bit.
4. Turn on the power switch, idle for several minutes, and turn the feed handle to drill.
混凝土钻孔取芯机主要用作对于建筑、公路、机场、码头、大坝等硬化混凝土的钻孔取芯，具有操作简单，移机方便，钻孔取芯准确等特点。芯样表面光洁，且对芯样不发生意外破坏，是公路门、建筑部门及相关大专院校的设备。本机符合GB11818-89《混凝土钻孔取芯机技术要求》的标准。
另外，本钻机对其它非金属脆硬材料，如耐火材料、陶瓷、玻璃、岩石也同样可进行钻孔取芯。

HZ-15型混凝土钻孔取芯机使用方法：
1、将本机移至需钻孔取芯处，在底座上拧上四只调节螺钉（5），调节机器水平，并在地面上预埋M16的铁膨胀螺栓，以固定本机。
2、按钻孔的尺寸要求装上钻头。
3、接通水源，检查钻头内是否有水漏出。
4、打开电源开关，空转几分钟，并转动进给手柄，进行钻进。
