KMTBcr26高铬铸铁合金衬板高铭铸铁除含有碳、硅、锰、磷、硫等常存元素外,主要的合金元素是铭。为了改善高铭铸铁的组织、工艺性能和力学性能,除了调整铭、碳含量外,在生产上还常需要添加一些辅助合金元素,如铝、铜、镍等,硅和锰在一定条件下也能起到辅助合金元素的作用。辅助合金元素在产生抗磨组织方面所起的作用是不可低估的,这些元素有些可以以碳化物形式直接成为抗磨相。高铭白口铸铁能够成为工业上应用泛的优良抗磨材料,是与辅助合金元素的运用分不开的 KMTBcr26高铬铸铁合金衬板。

煤矿、电力部门生产使用设备渣浆泵、旋流器等备件,材质为KmTBCr26。该材质由于Cr与C形成M-C,型碳化物,因此,硬度很高,耐磨性好;另外,碳化物孤立分布,呈杆或片状,对基体的割裂作用较小,使铸件的韧性较高。但该材质铸件由于冒口割除困难,因此采取无冒口铸造,该材质线收缩大,导热性差,铸件易产生裂纹,且裂纹等铸造缺陷的焊补工艺较复杂,热处理工艺(软化、硬化处理)复杂,因此,铸造难度很大。
