　　3、叶轮和主轴的材料，我们会针对不同的介质温度和工作转速，选择使用高强度碳素钢、低合金钢、耐高温合金钢、耐高温高强度合金钢，使叶轮和主轴在高温下仍然保持可靠的强度。

　　4、对于含尘气体，我们能够满足从少含尘量到极大含尘量的各种工况，经过特殊处理后的叶片表面硬度可以达到HRC60~70，能够延长叶轮寿命3倍以上。

　　5、各部件间适度结合面间配合紧密，密封性能好，确保输出压力不会降低。

　　6、叶轮经过退火处理，消除焊接时产生的结构内应力，确保叶轮不会发生外形蠕变(creepage)和产生裂纹。

　　7、叶轮的焊缝和主轴经过超声波探伤，确保没有焊接缺陷和材料缺陷，保证强度。

　　8、叶轮经过高标准的动平衡校正，确保风机运行稳定。

　　9、生产完成后进行试装配，确保各部件之间没有干涉。
